(A)- You can turn the tip (manually) through 360 degrees. I am very pleased with its performance.

(A) – The tip is not plastic but Tritan, which is safe and non-toxic for my family!

(Q) – How do I clean the reservoir?

(A) – Begin by opening the bottom lid of the reservoir and washing the entire water flosser underneath your faucet. The one-piece design ensures the reservoir will not leak water.

(Q) – How many modes are there? Which mode is best to use?

(A)- There are five modes! If you have sensitive gums like me, then I recommend Gum care or the lowest pressure mode. Also, I can freely control the time and tip angle.
